Who we are
Toby Treloar is the Director of Baltimore Constructions, bringing over twenty years of experience across commercial and residential construction.
He began his career on the tools and has gone on to deliver large-scale projects with leading tier one builders. His experience spans hospitality, multi-residential and civic building, with projects up to $400 million in value.
Today, Toby applies that experience to high-quality homes and renovations in the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas.
He is actively involved on site across every project, working closely with clients, architects and trades to ensure the build runs properly and the end result is well considered and built to last.
Known for his reliability, clear communication and attention to detail, Toby takes pride in delivering projects that are both well managed and built well.
